Terms of Service
By commissioning me you have confirmed that you have read my TOS. Breaking TOS may result in blacklist from my designs and future commissions

Commissions are single pieces created for non-commercial use.

For this document, the commissioner will be referred to as "the client" and Nivryz will be referred to as "the artist"
General
This applies to all my art commissions
Any deadlines set by the client must be discussed prior to payment.
The client must contact the artist if there are any changes to deadlines. Depending on the situation, additional fees might be charged for quicker work.
The artist can be contacted for work on any linked social media.
Work will only begin after payment details have been approved of by the client and the artist.
The artist reserves the right to refuse service at their own discretion.
Terms of service are subject to change, all current clients will be notified of said changes.
Commissioned work is not licensed for commercial use without expressed permission from the artist. For commercial pieces, extra fees will be charged.
The client is free to share the commissioned work on their own platforms with linked credit to the artist's page
Commissions
The artist will always send a sketch for client approval.
Sketches or linework done by the artist can be edited or completed by the client or other artists, but the artist must receive linked credit for their part.
The client is allowed to request changes to the art or style prior to completion. The artist will specify how many according to the project. If the client exceeds their allowed changes, fees will be charged for the extras.
Changes requested due to an error on the artist's part are free and not counted in the allowed changes for that client.
Discounted rates are offered for art including character's belonging to the artist, or collaboration with other artists. Please contact the artist directly for a quote.
The client must provide clear visual references or moodboards.
Cancellation
The artist provides a full refund prior to the first WIP (work in progress) image being sent to the client.
If cancelling a commission that is in progress, discuss potential refund amounts with the artist. Clients may be banned from commissioning an artist depending on circumstance.
